Abstract
Congenital heart deseasis are seen commonly in infants, diagnosis is made from the time of pregnancy and immediately after birth, comparison of prenatal and postnatal diagnosis is needed.
Objectives & Methods: To compare the results of prenatal and postnatal diagnosis of congenital heart disease in neonates at the National Obstetric Hospital.
Subjects: 110 newborns were diagnosed with congenital heart disease during fetal and neonatal birth from 01/08/2017 -01/01/2018 had congemital heart deseasis diagnosed in fetal and neonatal periods. Method: prospective dipscritive research.
Results: 93.6% of children with congenital heart disease were diagnosed with neonatal period. Suspected pregnancy 42.7%. The pattern of ventricular septal defect was 38.2%, atrial-ventricular tube defect was 12.7%, Fallot 4 (9.1%), left ventricular distrophy 16.4%, right ventricular distrophy 9.1%, artery position changed 10%, lung artery stenosis 9.1%, right ventricular 7.3% 2 outflows. Rare defect: Irregular pulmonary venous return, onel artery trunk, Ebstein, myocardial tumor, arrhythmia 0.9-1.8%.
Conclusion: Echocardiography in the fetal and postnatal period was efficiency diagnostic methods of congenital heart deseasis, results of prenatal diagnosis consistent with the newborn 93.6%.
