Congenital diaphragmatic hernia ultrasound detection attitude and management

Abstract

Retrospective study was performed at the Central Hospital for Obstetric and Gynecology, gathering fetus before birth was diagnosed Congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH). No association between Congenital diaphragmatic hernia and genetic abnormalities, lung-to-head ratio (LHR) have proper treatment group maintained high pregnancy than abortion group (1.22 + 0.78 + 0.60 versus 0.3), this difference was statistically significant (p = 0.0012) and the prognostic factors infants postpartum condition.
