Abstract
There are two gene systems in the body that maintain and control the normal development of cells. When there is an imbalance in one of these systems, abnormalities will immediately appear in the cells. The change in the genetic structure of the cells will lead to the activation of pre-cancerous genes or the in-activation of anti-cancer genes, leading to uncontrolled proliferation of lymphocytes, causing malignant lymphomas that can appear outside the lymph nodes. Malignant lymphoma in the uterus is a very rare clinical case because it often has no specific symptoms and the diagnostic criteria are mainly based on pathology and histopathology, so it is often only diagnosed after surgical removal. The coordination of treatment and subsequent monitoring is currently difficult because there is no specific medical guidance. The following rare case hopes to contribute a little information to the signs of recognition and classification in clinical practice.
