Abstract

Objectives: Study on indication of cesarean section follow Robson classification.

Subjects and Methods: Include all the records of women which hospitalized and delivered by cesarean during the 1-year period from 1/2015 to 12/2015 were reviewed. Retrospective cross-study.

Results: Ratio 57.57% caesarean section, in which groups 1, 2, 3 and 5 in the classification Robson have the highest contribution rate to 47.57% . Common complications during and after cesarean section: tearing the lower segment of the uterus 1.13%, 0.85% bladder injuries , 0.75% uterine , bowel dysfunction 16%, urinary tract infection 8.8% and 4.4% incisions. For children: a low Apgar score of 1.7%, 5.6% respiratory failure, neonatal infections 3.01%. With having previous cesarean: The incidence of placenta previa was significantly increased in those with the previous cesarean section (1.76%) compared with those with an unscarred uterus (0.87%) (RR:2); the incidence of placenta accreta was 3,14% among patients with placenta previa, 44,44% being in patients with previous cesarean section.

Conclusion: The situation of cesarean section increased very serious, consequences entail many complications. Solutions to reduce the rate of Caesarean section rate is reduced in the first 3 groups classified 10 groups.
