Objective: Describe the chromosomal characteristics fetuses with tetralogy of fallot (TOF).

Material and Methods: Cross – section study 51 fetuses diagnosed TOF, all cases were taken amniotic and used the BoBs technique and karyotyping to analyze fetal chromosomes

Results: Among the 51 fetuses with TOF: the average gestational age at ultrasound was 22.2 weeks, the age of amniocentesis was 23.1 weeks. The rate of fetuses with only TOF was 86.3%, and TOF with extracardiac anomalies was 11.7%. The rate of chromosomal abnormalities was 29.4% (15/51). In which the abnormal number of chromosomes was 6/15 and abnormal structure was 9/15. In abnormal group of chromosome structure, Digeorge syndrome was recorded for a large number of 8/9 cases.
