Abstract
Objective: To find out the factors affect to the changes of AMH level after laparoscopic cystectomy of endometriomas.
Subjects: 100 patients undergoing laparoscopic cystectomy of endometriomas: Methods: Prospective longitudinal study.
Results: Mean AMH level decreases 47,94% aftersurgery, this chagne do not depend on: the number of pregnancy, infertility condition, CA125 level, main factors affect to the changes of AMH level are bilateral cystectomy, size of endometriomas, ASRM score, stage of endometriosis, preAMH level and age.
Conclusions: Serum AMH level was reduced statistically significant after laparoscopic cystectomy of endometriomas depend on many factors and it can be predicted by pre -surgical factors.
