Comments about diagnosis and treatment of interstitial ectopic pregnancy at the National Obstrtrics and Gyneacology Hospital in 2015

Abstract

Objectives: Define the rate of interstitial pregnancy in total ectopic pregnancy; Comments about difficulties in diagnosis and treatment of interstitial ectopic pregnancy. Methods: cross-sectional descriptive study. Results: percentage of interstitial ectopic pregnancy is 1.95% in total ectopic pregnancy; the rate of correct diagnosis before surgery is 91.5%; using both of electrocautery and sewing in laparoscopic surgery is 66,7%; laparoscopic surgery accounted for 87.09%, postoperative period in group interstitial is 3,8 + 1,42 days; postoperative period in group interstitial ectopic is longer than the other tubal ectopic group. Conclusions: interstitial ectopic pregnancy is difficult diagnosis and surgery, surgical time and postoperative period is longer than other ectopic pregnancy.
