Abstract

Gestational trophoblastic neoplasm (GTN) is malignant, followed mainly by a benign one- molar pregnancy. Objective: (1) description of the characteristics of GTN patients in period of 6/2015-3/2016 at NHOG, (2)the cause of late diagnostic of the GTN patients. Methodology: cross-sectional descriptive study, 150 patients were included in 6/2015-3/2016. Results: GTN followed by molar pregnancy:113/150, the rest 37/150 by other pregnancy: etopic, term delivery. High risk GTN (WHO) accounted for 40/150, low risk 110/150.Metastasis in lung 20, recurrent 18/150. Patients suffered from hysterectomy 70, among them19 patients less than 35 of age. Only 62,8% patients having had molar have follow-up sufficiently. Conclution: the rate of GTN of high- risk group in NHOG is still high. The insufficient follow-up of molar patients is the cause of late diagnostic of GTN.
