Clinical characteristics, subclinical, access management for thrombocytopenia pregnancy during labor in the National Hopital of Obstetric and Gynecology 2015

Abstract

Objective: describing clinical, laboratory feature and complication of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy at the Nationnal Hospital of OB/GYN. Methods: Prospective - cross inspect research. Objective: Describing clinical, laboratory feature and complication of thrombocytopenia in pregnancy at the Nationnal Hospital of OB/GYN. Results: There are 36 pregnants trombocytopenia in 2015. The rate of secarean in the group that the amount of platelet < 50 G/l is 100%, 50-100G/l is 83%; >100G/l is 80%. The rate of platelet transfusion in the group that the amount of platelet < 50G/l is 100%; 50-100G/l is 26%; >100G/l is 0%. Conclusion: Check the blood-test for each examination to find out the pregnant’s thrombocytopenic as soon as possible. Indicate to have platelet transfusion whether indicate secarean for the pregnant not closely. Mornitor carefully and take the blood test after delivery for newborn babies.
