Abstract
Malignant lymphoma non-Hodgkin at female genital is a rare disease, it’s difficult to diagnose because of the multidimensional symptoms. Histopathological diagnosis is familiar with some histopathological symptoms of the female genital cancer. Definitive diagnosis is based on immune-histochemistry by specific markers of lymphocytes. To find the clinical symptom characteristics and also the scopic and microscopic of this disease we retrospective 3 clinical cases that had been diagnosed Malignant lymphoma non-Hodgkin at female genital in 2015. Result: The average age of patients was 38 (from 27- 44 years), one case had abnormal vaginal bleeding and cytology result had malignant cells, the second case was diagnosed fibroid and the third case had ovarian tumors, two cases didn’t have unusual lesions on ultrasound and the last case suspected ovarian cancer. The biochemical tests, hematology and CA125 were in normal limit. Pathway: the tumor is in 1 or both ovaries, the size is from 1.2 to 13 cm, shelled, smooth in the surface, an area cut is light yellow or pink, tumors in the uterine cervix and omentum are from 05-5,4cm, density and yellow. Micropathway: cells of tumor are circles and not equal, darker, the cytoplasm is narrow, the distribution cells spread and invade blood vessels and proliferation of fibrous tissue.
