Abstract
Objectives: To detect the rate of Her-2/neu expression in breast carcinoma and determining the correlation between Her-2/neu expresstion and histopathological types, grades and nodal status. Materials and methods: The study population of this retrospective cross-sectional study was 135 cases of breast cancer were operated and diagnosed by histopathology and evaluate the Her-2/neu expression by Immunohistochemistry staining. The study was perfomed at the National Hospital of Obstetric and Gynecology from January 2005 to September 2015. Results and conclusions: The rate of Her-2/neu positive results in 135 cases by Imminohistochemistry staining was 38.5%, there were significance difference in Her-2/neu expression significantly varied between different histopathological types. The highest positive rate was medullary carcinoma (44.4%), in descending order of frequency, were invasive ductal carcinoma (40.4%), invasive lobular carcinoma (7.5%), mucinous carcinoma (0.3%). The carcinoma with higher histological grades were with higher rate of Her-2/neu positive results. The rate of Her-2/neu over expression in patients with mettastasied lymph nodes was higher than those who were not metastasied, 65% and 35% respectively.Tạp chí sẽ lưu giữ bản quyền phân phối, giao dịch đối với tất cả các bản thảo, bản toàn văn của bài báo đăng trên hệ thống.
