Abstract

Objective: To estimate the Doppler umbilical and celebral arteries waveforms indices in normal values at full month fetus.

Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study on 635 full month newborns with their weigh from 2500 gram and normal Apgar score, who was delivered vaginally or by Cesarian section, from Jannuary toMarrch 2019.

Results: There was a decrease of Doppler Umbilical artery waveform indices during gestation age: RI decrease from 0,61±0,03 to 0,57±0,02 at 38 and 41 week respectively. PI decrease from 0,98±0,11to 0,85±0,08 at 38 and 41 week respectively, S/D ratio decrease from 2,58±0,20 to 2,27±0,18 at 38 and 41 week respectively. The Doppler celebral artery waveform indices also decrease during gestation age. Celebral-umbilical resistant ratio is always larger 1.

Conclusion: The Doppler umbilical and celebral arteries waveforms indices (RI, PI, S/D ratio) in normal values at full month fetus decrease during gestation ages. Celebral-umbilical resistant ratio is always higher 1.
