Tóm tắt
The automated breast volume scanner (ABVS) represents a new technology for diagnosing breast masses. To compare the efficacy of automated beast volume scanner with that of conventional ultrasonography in the detection of breast abnormal lesions in Da Nang’s Women Hospital. In this study, 2986 subjects were performed handheld ultrasound and 1033 subjects were performed ABVS. ABVS detected 17 (1,6%) malignant lesions, whereas handheld ultrasound detected 13 (0,4%) malignant lesions ( p < 0,05). Mean lesion size as assessed with the ABVS (12,5± 0,2 mm ) differ significantly from that determined by handheld ultrasound (15,9 ± 0,3 mm) (p < 0,05). ABVS shows an almost perfect agreement in assessing pathology result (Kappa = 0,943). Overall, ABVS is a promising modality for clinical screening abnormal breast lesion.Tạp chí sẽ lưu giữ bản quyền phân phối, giao dịch đối với tất cả các bản thảo, bản toàn văn của bài báo đăng trên hệ thống.
